A traditional rice mix for everyday meals
Mudakathan Sathapodi is prepared using mudakathan leaves, roasted lentils, and selected spices. The ingredients are processed using traditional methods to retain their natural flavour and aroma.
This blend is suitable for mixing with rice and can be included as part of regular home-style meals.
🍽️ How to Use
Mix with hot rice and add ghee or oil for a simple meal.
Or, heat oil, add mustard seeds and channa dal for tempering, then add the required amount of sathapodi with cooked rice and mix well.
Salt is already added; adjust if required.
